WWW – Wise Women Win

The

Women’s

Discipleship

Ministry

(WDM)

aims

to

encourage

and

empower

women

to

flourish

in

God’s

goodness

and

purpose.

During

2017

we

engaged

in

a

full

programme

of

activities.

Amongst

the

activities

that

took

place

we

had

our

second

Holy

Spirit

Weekend

Away

in

August.

This

served

to

empower,

infill,

motivate

and

inspire

the

women

who

attended.

A

few

of

the

women

who

attended

have

given

the

following feedback concerning the weekend away:

Carol

Cameron

-

I

experienced

the

sisterhood

love

and

unity

as

we

went

with

expectation

to

receive

from

God

the

unexpected

with

the

confidence

that

we

would

have

an

enriching

and

lasting

fulfilment

of

the

Holy

Spirit.

The

weekend

gave

me

an

opportunity

to

fellowship

with

like-minded

sisters

in

Christ,

embracing

God's

presence

in

every

aspect

of

the

weekend

as

we

relaxed

in

the

spa

facilities

and

dined,

whilst

socialising

together

with

laughter.

The

joy

of

the

Lord

was

evident

through

the

presence

of

the

Holy

Spirit

as

He

brought

spiritual

growth

as

we

shared

with

one

another

with

the

power

of

the

holy

spirit.

Acts

1

verse

8:

“But

you

will

receive

power

when

the

Holy

Spirit

comes

on

you;

and

you

will

be

my

witness

in

Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria and to the ends of the earth. Amen!”

Flo

Nanton

-

I

would

like

to

say

thanks

to

each

and

everyone

of

the

ladies

including

yourself

who

made

me

feel

very

welcome,

who

made

me

feel

relaxed

to

know

that

I

belong

to

a

great

spiritual

family.

Who

made

me

come

out

of

my

shell,

to

shout

out

to

our

great

God

"Hallelujah".

Who

would

also

help

me

along

my

spiritual

pathway.

The

weekend

was

glorious,

it

made

me

reflect

on

knowing

that

I

need

to

make

myself available to God.

Maureen

Williams

-

What

a

wonderful

time

spent

in

fellowship.

Learning

new

things

about

each

other

which

gives

us

a

bit

more

understanding.

Time

to

relax

and

reflect

on

what

God

is

doing

in

our

lives.

Strengthening

and

lifting

up

each

other

through

God’s

word.

The

games

we

played

enabled

us

to

work

as

a

team

which

was

great

fun.

And

finally,

the

teaching

that

Sister

Donna

put

together,

enhanced

our

strength

with

knowledge

and

understanding,

enabling

us

to

walk

strong

and

tall

in

victory.

I'm

looking

forward to the next retreat. To God be the glory.

Attending

the

Holy

2017

was

an

amazing

experience

that

I

will

forever

cherish.

During

my

time

away,

l

believe

my

relationship

with

God

really

began

to

flourish.

I

really

enjoyed

the

workshop

that

took

place

on

the

second

day,

the

presenting

ran

by

sister

Donna

Cox

really

opened

my

eyes

to

the

things

the

lord

was

already

doing

in

my

life

and

all

the

things

he

will

do

for

me

in

the

future.

My

walk

with

Jesus

began

to

grow

from

strength

to

strength,

and

I

feel

that

the

time

I

spent

with

all

the

lovely

women

of

God

taught

me

a

lot

about

myself

and

them.

It

was

a

wonderful

experience

that

I

would

recommend

to

anyone

who

seeks

the

Lord

and

fellowship

with

others.

I

feel

blessed

to

have

been able to take part in the Holy Spirit Retreat 2017.

In

October

2017,

we

had

a

Chiropractic

evening

which

was

facilitated

by

two

professional

Chiropractic

doctors.

I

thank

God

for

all

the

wonderful

women

and

men

who

have

supported

the

2017

events/activities.

Through

the

word

of

God

and

His

Holy

Spirit

we

are

equipped

to

maximise

our

potential

and

to

step

into

our

divine

destiny

and

purpose.

What

a

mighty

God

we

serve.

We

know

that

we

can

do

all

things

through

Christ

that

strengthens

us.

would

love

for

you

to

join

us

and

see

what

will

do

in

your

life.

You

will

be wholeheartedly welcomed.

Men’s Ministry
The vision of the Men's Ministry Build an environment where men can be men. Provide a safe environment that will stimulate, educate and support, that men will want to be a part of. Raise issues and concerns, and speak for the weak, for the voiceless for the victims of our community. The Mission of the Men's Ministry in the New Testament Church of God is to: Build better men with a Christ-like identity and foster a 'can do' approach to life. Work with men to reclaim their integrity and place in society. Work with fathers and husbands so they have the courage to raise good men, and become first-rate husbands. Show men they can become all that they are meant to be. Work with men to develop an army of leaders for the 21st century.

TOUCHPOINT is all about connecting. Connecting with Jesus through prayer, devotionals and study of the Word. Within the context of the KFC vision (Kingdom, Family, Community), LifeBuilders are committed to encouraging and facilitating practical ways for every man to develop and maintain a healthy practice of prayer it is, as we often refer to it, the “engine room” of the church; and more to the point, the engine-room of our lives. Join us every Thursday as we call each man to set aside some focused time in prayer/prayer and fasting. We encourage you in your localities to pray alone or in groups; in person or over the phone; at home, at church or even at your local coffee shop. Those who serve us in ministry bear a heavy responsibility for the care of our souls. Their work of ministry is hard and stressful and wears on both church leaders and their families. God has called us to pray for them. May we pray for them always, entrusting them to the care of our great and sovereign God.
CAST
CAST is an exciting opportunity for local/district churches to meet with members of the LifeBuilders National Team. In this session you will learn more about the vision of LifeBuilders, the national structure, available support and resources, upcoming events and important updates. Just as important, this is also an ideal opportunity for the national team to hear from local/district men in regards to your ideas, concerns and questions in the hope that together we can develop and maintain a healthy relationship that promotes every man to be able to live for Jesus in the Kingdom, the Family and in the wider Community. If you would like us to bring the roadshow to your church you can book here.
“Blessed are they which hunger and thirst for righteousness for they shall be filled" Matthew 5:6 To see the youth on fire for God. Teach the word of God and ignite the life of the young people. To help bring them into fellowship with Christ Jesus - Discipleship. For the adults to be impacted by the fire from the youth. See the youth witness\evangelize Jesus with confidence and enthusiasm to the glory of God. To encourage, support and build up the youth for the journey of life (Equipping). To fast, pray and study the word of God as a habit. (God given talents) Release young people to discover their gifts (e.g. worship, leadership, admin, outreach, mission...) and to look for opportunities to stretch and grow them. Recognise, Encourage, Reward (R.E.R). To develop a long lasting relationship with the youth.
