Use this form to raise a safeguarding concern, ask for pastoral or counselling support, or request help from the food bank. It goes straight to our Safeguarding Lead and no one else.

What do you need?

Safeguarding concern You are worried about the safety or wellbeing of a child or adult. Pastoral or counselling support You would like someone to talk to, pray with you, or point you to counselling. Food bank request You or your household need help with food.
