Accessibility
How we work to make this website usable for everyone.
Last updated: 30 July 2026
New Testament Church of God Luton (‘NTCG Luton’, ‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘us’) wants our website at ntcgluton.org.uk to be usable by as many people as possible, whatever their abilities or the device they use. This statement explains how accessible our website is and how to get in touch if you need help or find a problem.
Our commitment
We believe everyone should be able to find out about our church and get in touch with us. We aim to follow recognised accessibility good practice, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA where we reasonably can, and to make adjustments for people who need them.
What we have done
We have built the website with accessibility in mind. For example:
- the site is responsive, so it works on computers, tablets and phones,
- pages use clear headings and a logical reading order,
- we aim to use readable text sizes and good colour contrast,
- links are written to make sense on their own,
- the background video on our home page plays without sound and can be paused using the control on the page.
Known limitations
We know some parts of the site could be better, and we are working to improve them. In particular:
- the home page includes animation and a background video, which some people may prefer not to see; the video can be paused using the control on the page,
- some older content or documents may not yet be fully accessible.
If any part of the site is difficult to use, please tell us and we will do our best to help.
Getting help and giving feedback
If you need information from this website in a different format, or you have any difficulty using the site, please contact us and we will help:

We will consider your request and reply as soon as we can. We also welcome any feedback that helps us make the site more accessible.

We may update this statement as we improve the website. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
This document is scheduled for its next review on 30 July 2027. If anything here needs correcting in the meantime, please contact the church office.
